The location near Pigeon Forge made it easy to explore attractions. My King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious, clean, and had useful amenities like a fridge and microwave. The breakfast options were impressive, with plenty of choices daily. Staff friendliness stood out. they were helpful and made check-in a breeze. On the downside, the bathroom needed some updates, and I noticed some issues with noise from the hallway that interrupted sleep. Also, the indoor pool had an odd smell at times, which was a bit disappointing. Room cleanliness was good overall, but I did encounter some not-so-great odors in certain areas.
